Broadacres Housing Association provides care and support services to hundreds of persons enabling them to live independently in their own homes. The new vehicles, supplied by one of the region’s largest independent car dealers, Simon Bailes Peugeot, will assist Broadacres’ staff in supporting clients.

Paul Lightfoot, director of care services at Broadacres, said: “We are pleased to take delivery of the fleet which coincides with a recent change in our services.

“The service is now available to any vulnerable or older person living in the Hambleton District regardless of tenure, and is built around groups of staff located across the district.

“Each support worker has a portfolio of clients and delivers a service based upon an individual needs assessment and support plan,” added Paul.

The link with Broadacres is the latest in a number of community initiatives supported by the growing Simon Bailes Peugeot business.  Simon Bailes, managing director of Simon Bailes Peugeot said:

 Broadacres Housing Association provides a detailed range of services and, over the last 14 years, has grown both in terms of the number of properties it manages and its awareness of the needs and aspirations of its customers. It is based in Northallerton but operates in seven local authority areas in Hambleton, Richmondshire, Harrogate, Selby, East Riding of Yorkshire, Scarborough and Darlington.
