The company’s Stockton, Northallerton and Guisborough dealerships were all winners after featuring in the top five of their respective leagues in Peugeot’s customer satisfaction programme. The programme is based on how positively customers rate their experience at the dealerships when they are buying a new car.

Simon Bailes’ hat-trick of awards is no mean feat given there are over 300 Peugeot dealerships in the UK which are all ranked according to the same independent customer feedback scale.

"By keeping its customers happy, the company is really flying the flag for Peugeot and the North East. For all three dealerships to be honoured is a unique achievement and I am very pleased to be here to present the company with such well-deserved awards."
