Simon Bailes Sponsors Hyper Holidays

Hyper Holidays Motor on at Hambleton Leisure Centres Hundreds of children across North Yorkshire are taking part in a range of unusual summer fun activities with the help of a car dealership. Leisure centres in the Hambleton District are giving youngsters the chance to try everything from football coaching at Middlesbrough Football Club, RAF training sessions and mad science to basketball, paintballing and white water rafting. The Hyper Holidays programme also offers children the opportunity to enjoy films, swimming lessons and dance classes and learn more about road safety, first aid and the fire service. Simon Bailes Peugeot is the main sponsor of Hyper Holidays for the sixth year running as part of the company’s commitment to working with the local community. The programme of summer fun provides over 250 activities for young people aged four to sixteen at Bedale, Hambleton and Stokesley Leisure Centres and at Thirsk Swimming Pool and the World of James Herriot, also in Thirsk.The activities are aimed at both younger and older children as well as those with special needs with dedicated sessions available.    Simon Bailes Peugeot sponsors the Hyper Holiday programme each year to help Hambleton District Council to add new activities to keep children entertained and to introduce them to new hobbies.  In addition a ‘Free on Friday’ event provides free swimming for under-16s at each of the leisure centres. Simon Bailes, managing director of Simon Bailes Peugeot, said:  “Each year we aim to make Hyper Holidays bigger and better so that children can try a whole host of new activities. As well as sessions aimed at younger children, there’s so much on offer for older children and for those with special needs.
