On Monday 7th August I recieved a telephone call from your Stockton Church Road Service Department, asking me if I had my vehicle re-MOT'd as I had it done by them last year. I for the first time in 25 years of motoring had totally forgotten about it!!
I was offered free collection and delivery and a half price test - great value!
I accepted this offer and my car was collected from my place of work very promptly. Unfortunately my car failed the test, with a quite considerable repair cost advised. However, I already had knowledge that the suspension arm in question was in need of attention so the blow was not totally unexpected. The parts were ordered and the job completed when the parts were available and the car returned to me at my place of work.
I would like to thank all the staff for a service well, courteously and promptly executed at a reasonable price.
